The London Latino Film Festival (LoLaFF) is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to celebrating Latin American cinema, supporting emerging talent, and building meaningful cultural connections across communities in the UK and beyond.

Our volunteers play a vital role in helping us deliver an engaging, inclusive, and vibrant festival experience. From front-of-house support to guest coordination, marketing assistance, and community events, volunteers bring the festival to life.

Volunteer Roles May Include:

• Front-of-house & audience support
• Filmmaker and guest liaison
• Registration desk & ticketing support
• Event setup and coordination
• Social media & communications assistance
• Photography or videography (depending on experience)
• Community outreach and public engagement activities

Roles vary depending on the festival’s needs and the volunteer’s skills or interests.

We expect you to be:

• Reliable, friendly, and professional
• Respectful of our diverse community of guests and audiences
• Able to commit to agreed hours (flexible schedules available)
• Passionate about culture, film, or community arts

Volunteers are not employees and do not receive financial compensation, but we provide a supportive environment, training where needed, and recognition for all contributions.
